The Maria Regina School
The Maria Regina School is located on Hartsdale Ave. in Hartsdale, N.Y. The campus sits in the center of Westchester with easy access from the Sprain and Central Avenue. There are also science labs, computer labs, art studio, full size gym and dining hall. The actiivites are in classrooms and outdoor tents, Art Studio, and Dining Hall. Swimming is held at the indoor collegiate-size climate controlled pool at EF academy in Tarrytown. No refunds for absences, covid related absences, Department of Health mandated shut downs, weather disruptions, or time missed for quarantine
Lunches
Hot lunches are provided to all campers!! No nut products are allowed on premises. Sample LUNCH MENU CLICK HERE. An Ice pop snack is given in the afternoon. Plain pasta is available every day every day as well as gluten free and vegetarian options.
Extended Day Program
Parents who need an extended day at camp for their children may enroll them in this program. The time is 3:15 – 5:30 pm and the cost is $150 per week, in addition to the regular tuition.
Our Staff
Advantage Camp: Our staff is an outstanding group of experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated New York and Connecticut State Certified adult coaches and teachers. Instruction is of the highest quality with an emphasis on the growth of the individual camper. All campers are supervised at all times and there are several RTE and First Aid Certified teachers and coaches, as well as a Registered Nurse. Most of our staff has been with us for many years and are an integral part of the Squire experience. We maintain a 6:1 or less camper to teacher ratio for maximum supervision and camper-teacher interaction.
Transportation
Transportation is available door-to-door at an additional fee of $275 per camper per week. This service is provided to most lower Westchester communities. No refunds for cancelled transportation.

Camper Drop-off/Pick-up
Drop off and pick up is ALWAYS in the the School driveway. Drop off is 8:45-9:15am. Pick-up is at 3:15 pm. Early Drop off starts at 8 AM, and optional extended day is availble until 5:30 PM for an additional fee.
Camp Safety
There is a registered nurse and infirmary on campus. All campers are required to have a doctor’s certificate of good general health and current immunizations on file at camp. Please complete the form we send to you when you register, or download the medical form.

Discipline Policy
Campers who sign up for Squire Camps will receive a list of rules and regulations. Please note: first infraction will be a phone call to parents. Second infraction will be a meeting with parents and the third infraction may be dismissal from camp.
Deposit and Payment Schedule
A deposit of $500 per child must accompany the application. The balance is due May 1st 2023. Space permitting, anyone who registers after May 1st, 2023 must pay in full at the time of registration. Refunds are available up to May 1st, minus a $200 administrative fee. No refunds after May 1st. No refunds for absences, covid related absences, Department of Health mandated shut downs, weather disruptions, or time missed for quarantine.
